Our Mission
At Crossroads Anger Management, we believe in empowering individuals to take control of their emotional well-being. Over 25 years of experience providing Anger Management services that foster growth and resilience.
Empowering You to Achieve Happiness
Our program is designed to help you overcome personal challenges and achieve your goals. Jim Vassel, LISW-S, LICDC-CS developed the program in 1998 and has been the sole facilitator since the program inception.
Program Information
Goals:
- Understanding anger - What is it?
- Identifying your anger style(s) - What is healthy/unhealthy about each style and what to change.
- Strategies to better cope with anger - Adding/changing/improving your perspective, expression and coping skills.
Time and Cost
- Crossroads Anger Management is an eight to sixteen session live online educational group program using a cognitive and behavioral approach.
- Participants attend one group per week - Thursday Evening 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM. (Additional times may be added if needed)
- Cost: $50 for your intake appointment. $30 per group session and $25 for your exit session.
- Fees are paid weekly as you attend. (Credit/Debit)
- A smartphone, tablet or computer and access to wi-fi is needed to participate.
If you have a Pending Court Case or are Mandated to Attend, the following will be provided:
- Initial report representing engagement in services.
- Monthly report of progress.
- Completion report and completion certificate.
